● DOORS, DOOR FRAMES, HANDLES

● LIGHT FIXTURES WIPED DOWN

● TRASH DISPOSAL (SEE ABOUT DISPOSAL OFF PROPERTY; FEES APPLIED FOR TRAVELED DISTANCE, FOR INSTANCE, MORE THAN 10 MILES= $25 GAS FEE AND AMOUNT OF TRASH FOR INSTANCE; MORE THAN 3 BAGS NEEDING DISPOSAL= $5 PER BAG.
